We want to thank you again for a magnificent day. Everything was perfect. We can't tell you how many family and friends raved - literally raved - about the food, the set up, and the service. Everyone was asking who our caterer was. Many said that the hors d'oeuvres were so spectacular (the lobster bisque was a particular hit) - they didn't know if they could eat dinner. But, when they tasted dinner - they couldn't stop! We are spreading the word about how wonderful Uptown has been throughout all of the planning. When we have a moment (we have been so busy with out of town guests), we are going to write a letter to Uptown telling them how wonderful everything was and, particularly, how wonderful you were. You made everything flow so beautifully - Dan and I never worried for a moment about anything. And for that we are very grateful. Our goal was to give our daughter and Charles a lovely wedding - and you helped us surpass that goal. And, we had so much fun as well! Melissa and Charles were on cloud nine the whole evening. They still were on Sunday- and I am sure that will last a long, long time. Melissa told us Sunday that she is going to miss you! We all will. Please feel free to use us as a reference.
